Everything You Need to Know

• We do offer exchanges on products within 99 days of purchase, however please note that should our product inspector find wear & tear on the returned products, Abos Jewellers holds all rights in withholding exchange credits.

• In order to commence a refund/exchange claim, please contact us via email at Abosjewellers@gmail.com.

• We do not charge anything on Exchange of the product. However, if you want to get the refund you will be charged for shipping. 

• Returns will take up to 7 business days to process after Abos Jewellers receives your item(s).  Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
