How to Order?

On Website

  • Select the Jewellery and Add to Bag.

  • Proceed to checkout once all the products are added to bag.

  • Verify the email ID and contact number you’ve mentioned.

  • Add the shipping address.

  • Review your order once again.

  • Make the payment to get your bundle of Joy.

Send SMS

  • Share product code on our customer care number.

  • Share your city and state.

  • Our executive will assist you further for payment and delivery.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

All our jewellery is packed in a polybag inside our anti-tarnish pouch and includes our signature gift box, free from contact. Your order will be delivered free of contact to your address.

CREATING YOUR OWN

For Create your own orders, should the buyer contact us regarding cancelling the order within the two-business day of confirmation there will be a 100% refund. Should the buyer choose to cancel production after the two-business day, they will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Your order may have been cancelled due to stock availability. During extremely busy periods, it may be possible to purchase an item which has recently sold out. We have the right to cancel your order in this situation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
·     If you paid via credit card, your card will not be charged.
·     If you paid via PayPal, you will be issued a full refund.

TAXES AND DUTIES

·     Taxation rates will vary depending on the location of the buyer and these taxes will be remitted to the buyers’ respective government.
·     For international orders, the recipient of the product will be liable to pay any duties & taxes due

ERRORS ON WEBSITE

Abos Jewellers aims to keep all information on our website as accurate as possible, however in cases of error we kindly ask for your understanding. In the case that our website wrongly shows a product in stock and you have ordered it, we will contact you within 1-2 business days and offer a full refund. One should also note that although we strive to showcase our products in all their beauty, the colour of our products may show a slight variation in different lights. Should there be any other errors regarding your order before shipping, a member of our team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days.
